Welcome to the website of Kirby Tennis Club.

Kirby Tennis club is situated in the village of Kirby Cross, off Halstead Road, Kirby Cross,
FRINTON-ON-SEA, Essex, CO13 0LS next to the playing fields. The club has 4 Macadam courts, 2 of which are floodlight, for all year round play, and 2 grass courts. 

Kirby Tennis Club is 'Clubmark' accredited club. 

We welcome new members of any age and ability, we are a very friendly club where all members are encouraged to play and socialise. Members who so wish, have the opportunity to play competitive matches for the club teams, and members who would prefer to just play a social game, have the opportunity to come along to the club sessions on Saturday, Monday and Wednesday afternoons, which are open to everyone. These sessions run throughout the week and at weekends, so you don't have to worry about arranging matches, although you are more than welcome to. The club also operates throughout the winter with many members making use of the floodlit courts.

The club enters men's, ladies and mixed  teams in the Colchester and District Tennis League. They also enter teams in the Essex Junior League and the Essex Veterans League.

The club is affiliated to The Lawn Tennis Association 'Places to Play Scheme'. It offers to its members a range of playing activities including;- mini tennis, touchtennis, cardio tennis together with a full range of coaching activities.
